  • Favorite Books: I love to read and I love many different kinds of books. I enjoy historical fiction as well as some fantasy. I also really enjoy reading self-help/devotional books. Some of my favorite classics include "Jane Eyre", "Gone with the Wind", "The Robe", I really like Michael Phillips' series, "The Rose", I like most of Frank Peretti's books

  • Places I love: Poland(esp. Old Town in Warsaw), Lake Erie, HOME!!!
  • Places I've been: Poland, Germany, Holland, Canada, Mexico....all over the US
  • Places to see before I die: Swiss Alps
  • Dream Vacation: I have several dream vacations!!! I would love to spend a week or two at the Swiss Alps with my husband. Also, I dream of going back to our honeymoon cabin in Maine sometime...just my hubby and me!! And I would love to someday go on a European choral tour.

  • Favorite Cuisine: Mexican
  • Favorite Dishes: way too many to list...
  • Favorite Desserts: I love desserts...anything with ice cream, chocolate, or mint really hits the spot. Oh...and peanut butter!!!

  • Favorite Junk Foods: York Peppermint Patties
  • Best meal ever: ham loaf, sweet potatoes, corn, some kind of fresh salad, rolls........and ice cream for dessert....and don't forget the coffee!!
  • My Original Recipes: apple dip made with peanut butter, vanilla pudding and whipped cream.
  • Favorite Restaurants: Used to be Chi-chi's....since they went out of business I haven't really found another favorite...although Red Lobster has kind of taken that role by default...and I do really enjoy the food there!! BTW, if you have never tried the ultimate bread bowl fondue at Red Lobster you're really missing out!!!
  • Foods I hate: any cooked vegetable that is better raw...
